20141209_130001“I use a lot of rubber shoes on the front of Reining horses, but there comes a point when the rubber shoe is actually harming the wall of the foot. I think it is time to look at an alternative way of protecting the foot without locking the foot and putting it in a bind, which is was steel and aluminum shoes do.  Like the rubber shoes, the Razer shoe will move and allow the foot to function more naturally.  Reining horses need to run fast circles and spin and they also need traction. I believe the Razer shoe will provide the traction and protection needed for the Reining horse athlete, without hindering the true function of the horse’s foot.

Craig Johnson is a 12-time World Champion as well as multiple Reining Futurity championships, he looks forward to evaluating how the Razer will perform.”
